Re-Enrollment and Enrollment for the 2012 - 2013 School Year
Re-Enrollment for current SJES families will take place during the week of February 13th. During a brief (15 minute) meeting with Ms. Sarah, we will discuss classroom placement for the 2012 - 2013 school year and complete required paperwork. All families seeking financial aid for the new school year will be asked to complete our new financial aid application.
If you are an inquiring family interested in SJES for your child, now is a good time to begin the enrollment process for 2012 - 2013! While we accept students on a rolling basis throughout the year, space in programs is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and the summer and fall are excellent times to enter our community. Parent Advisory Council Valentine's Day Dance and Parent's Night Out

Parent's Night Out: 6:00 - 9:00 PM
The Parent Advisory Council at St. James' Episcopal School is hosting a Valentine's Day Dance and Parent's Night Out Fundraiser on Saturday, February 18th. The dance will cost $2 per child and will feature music, refreshments, and a photo booth. All SJES children and friends are welcome to attend.
Parent's Night Out is an opportunity for you to enjoy your sweetheart or just some time out this Valentine's Day! Two SJES teachers and a parent will provide childcare at the dance and in our Blue Classroom from 6:00 - 9:00 PM. Cost is $20 per child. Space is limited to the first 18 children to sign up in the purple building.

New SJES Food Program 2011 – 2012
This school year, SJES will be participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). At no additional cost, we will be providing breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. In order for us to provide this service to all of our families, all children will participate in this program unless they present a medical exemption (doctor’s note) to SJES. By participating in this program, we are able to provide healthy meals and snacks to all children.

New Programs at SJES
By popular demand, St. James’ Episcopal School is offering two new programs for the 2011 – 2012 school year. In addition to our highly regarded Montessori Program, the Active Learning Program will serve children starting at 18 months. Our Discovery Program is a flexible preschool with 2, 3 and 5 day a week options.
