Admissions process
If you would like us to mail you an application packet, please e-mail us at info@stjamesepiscopalschool.org or call 512-926-4214 and give us your full name, phone number, and address. We will be happy to send an application and arrange for a tour of the school.

- Calendar for parents
Once you've completed these documents, bring them to the school in person, send them by mail, or fax them to 512-926-1215. Applications will be processed after receipt of completed documents and the nonrefundable enrollment fee.
Take a tour
When you've reviewed all of our information and feel you're ready for the next step, please call us at 512-926-4214. It’s easy to set up an appointment with Admissions Associate Kimberly Johnson to take a tour of our school.
The best times to tour are mornings from 9:30 to 11:00. At this time the children are in the Montessori classroom, so you'll be able to see the work they do.
Be sure to call and schedule beforehand as we are a small school and sometimes have schedule changes (special guests, projects, or meetings).
Registration fee
A nonrefundable $50 registration fee is due at the time of initial application or re-enrollment for each student. If your child is attending summer camp only, the registration fee is $25.
Enrollment documents
Once your child has been accepted for enrollment, you will receive an enrollment packet. All forms and required documents must be completed prior to your child starting school. It is very important that all immunizations are up to date before beginning school.
Supply Fee
A nonrefundable annual supply fee of $250 for full-time students and $200 for part-time students is payable to the school.
