5 tips for a smooth admissions process

  1. Plan Ahead
Start planning to move your child from daycare to school at least six months in advance so you have time to do your research on possible schools. A great place to start is with referrals from friends and family. Advance planning helps ensure you have enough time to meet all deadlines and have the money for fees and the first month’s tuition.
  2. Apply for Financial Assistance Immediately
If you want financial assistance, apply immediately. The committee reviews financial aid applications only when the application is 100% complete and includes the supporting documentation.
  3. Fill in All the Blanks
This is vital in your application process. When an application is incomplete, we cannot process it. Always fill in each blank. If a question does not apply to you, fill in the blank with "N/A."
  4. Respond to Calls Quickly
It is your responsibility to stay in touch with the school. Please return school calls as soon as possible. When the school has to call you several times, the admissions process is delayed significantly.
  5. Complete the "To Do" List
Review the school’s "To Do" list carefully and complete all paperwork before you arrive for orientation or a visit.
