SJES Enrichment Program 
We have some very exciting enrichment activities in store for our children ages 2.5 – 6 at SJES!
Those children enrolled in the Discovery Program will participant in a variety of enrichment activities coordinated by the Arts and Fitness Program for Young Children (AFPYC). You can learn more about this organization by visiting http://afpyc.com/
Our younger Discovery students will enjoy music and creative drama while our older Discovery students will participate in Fitness and Art. In addition, our older Discovery students will participate in Spanish twice per week with our very own Ms. Veronica.
Our Montessori students will also benefit from Spanish from Ms. Veronica during the school day. In addition, through a program provided by the University of Texas and Americorps, our Montessori and Discovery Blue classroom students will receive special math and literacy instruction daily. During the afternoon enrichment program, our Montessori friends will also benefit from additional enrichment activities, provided by faces old and new! Through the new SJES parent work program, students will receive instructions in subjects such as art, science, and literacy.
Both our Montessori and Discovery programs will enjoy outdoor play with middle school student volunteers from our partner St. Andrew's Episcopal School from 4:00 - 5:10 PM once per month. To learn more about St. Andrew's Episcopal School, click here.
