1. Schedule an individual tour. The Communications and Enrollment Coordinator is happy to schedule a tour with you, and can often accommodate your schedule. Typically, we encourage families to see our community in the morning, and 9:30 AM is a popular time. However, we serve many working families and therefore are happy to visit with you in the afternoon as well. We are available until 6:00 PM. We encourage any interested parents and/or guardians as well as your child or children to join you for the tour.  If you know when you might be available for a tour, please include this when you contact us.

2.  Attend another special event. Throughout the year, we hold other events where potential families can explore our community. For example, each November and April we hold our Fall and Spring Play Date and Clothing Swap, where new families can learn about St. James’ while the children play. These special events will be publicized in the news & events section of our homepage.

3. Submit Application and Registration Fee

The third step is to submit an application and pay the annual $100 registration fee per child.

Our simple application can be downloaded and can be found with our forms. You can submit a scanned copy of an application via email to cynthia.schreve@stjamesepiscopalschool.org. You can also submit it by regular mail or in person. Some people bring the completed application with them to the tour if they are confident they would like to apply to SJES.
